OBJECTIVES:

  • Set the hierarchy and location of the work in relation to the urban context.
  • Define functional space program needs of medium functional space program.
  • Define a preliminary architectural project to house neighborhood scale urban services.
  • Define the technological building system to be applied in the building proposal.

Introduction to the issue of the Metropolitan Area of Santa Cruz. Construction of an architectural proposal that addresses some of the social and economic needs of the area.
The student will be able to develop skills of reflection and synthesis of the information expressed through plans, drawings, models and words
